All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to custom typographic layouts, garment graphics, digital illustrations, fine art prints, photography, envelope liner patterns, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of IrieLander. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any artwork or design files for commercial or personal use without explicit written consent from the designer.

Custom Stationery Proofing & Client Responsibility

For all custom wedding invitations and design packages, the Client is entirely responsible for proofreading and approving all final digital text layouts, names, dates, grammar, and spelling. Once final written or digital sign-off is given by the Client, the project moves to production. IrieLander is not financially or legally responsible for printing errors or typos identified after final approval. Reprints will be charged at full retail cost to the client.

Shipping, Lead Times, & Solo Studio Scale

Because IrieLander is a single-person artisanal studio, products are custom-processed, handcrafted, or printed in small batches. Estimated fulfillment timelines are clearly stated on individual product listings or client contracts. While we work diligently to meet all deadlines, IrieLander is not liable for mail carrier delays, transit losses, or weather interruptions caused by USPS, UPS, or DHL once the package has legally left the Massachusetts studio.

 Privacy Policy & Data Collection

IrieLander respect syour privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

* What Is Collected: When you purchase from my shop, sign up for my newsletter, or fill out an expo lead form, I collect personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and billing details.

* How It Is Used: Your data is strictly used to fulfill your physical orders, process secure payments, communicate about your design proofs, or send authorized marketing updates.

* Third-Party Sharing: IrieLander never sells, rents, or leases your private information to third parties. I only share data with trusted secure processors necessary to run my shop (such as Etsy, Stripe, or shipping carriers).

Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States.
